Clear, honest delivery expectations
At I Inspire Life, we believe in clear, honest communication about how your mug reaches you.
Processing Time
Each mug is made to order with care and intention. After you place your order, we begin production right away.
Standard processing time: 2 to 5 business days.
Once your mug is crafted and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may extend up to 10 to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience — this allows us to maintain the quality and care your mug deserves.
Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
We ship within Canada and the United States.
We work with print providers in both countries, so your order is produced and shipped locally whenever possible for faster, smoother delivery.
These are estimates based on standard carrier timelines. Actual delivery may be sooner or slightly longer depending on carrier volume, weather, customs processing, and seasonal factors.
Physical Items Are Not Delivered Instantly
Mugs are physical, made-to-order products. Production and shipping both take time. Please allow the full processing window of 2 to 5 business days plus the 7 to 14 business day shipping window before your order arrives.
There is no instant delivery on physical items.
Digital Downloads Are Delivered Separately
The free digital companion guide that comes with your mug is delivered by email shortly after checkout, separate from your physical mug shipment. The guide arrives in minutes. The mug follows the production and shipping windows above.
If you do not see your digital guide in your inbox within a few minutes of checkout, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@iinspirelife.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address.
- Package weight.
- Selected carrier service.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping on select items or order totals. Check our website for current promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided for every order. Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
If your tracking has not updated after this time, please contact us at support@iinspirelife.com with your order number.
Possible Delays
While we work hard to keep timelines consistent, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier volume, especially during holiday seasons.
- Customs processing for international orders.
- Weather conditions affecting shipping routes.
- High-demand periods that may extend production times.
If we anticipate any delay with your order, we will communicate with you and keep you updated throughout the process.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your country's government and are your responsibility.
I Inspire Life is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs inspections or clearance.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order has entered production, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems lost or significantly delayed:
- Check your tracking number and allow the full estimated delivery window.
- Contact us at support@iinspirelife.com with your order number and tracking information.
- We will investigate with our carriers and work to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. Please check with neighbors, household members, or secure delivery locations before contacting us.
