It is delivered instantly by email after checkout, so you can access it right away while your mug ships.

The guide may include a welcome message, guided steps, reflection prompts, affirmation support, and in some cases a seven-day tracker.

Processing and Shipping

Processing time is 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping time is typically 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.

We ship within Canada and the United States.

We work with print providers in both countries, so your order is produced and shipped locally whenever possible for faster, smoother delivery.

All orders are made to order and enter production shortly after purchase.

We work hard to keep processing and delivery timelines consistent. All shipping timelines are estimates based on standard carrier operations.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors outside of our control, including carrier volume, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is provided for every order.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

If your tracking has not updated after this time, please contact us at support@iinspirelife.com with your order number.

While we do our best to maintain consistent timelines, delays may occur due to:

Once your order has entered production, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please first check your tracking information and allow time for updates within the carrier system.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or secure delivery areas before reaching out.

Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

To request a replacement, contact support at support@iinspirelife.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

We review requests within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, we send a replacement.
