1.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each I Inspire Life mug is designed and then professionally printed through a trusted third-party production partner. This ensures high-quality materials, vibrant colors, and long-lasting durability.
• Production usually takes 2–5 business days
• Shipping times vary by location
• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships
• If anything arrives damaged, we replace it right away — no hassle
Shipping Estimates:
• Canada & USA: 5–10 business days after production
• International: 10–20 business days after production
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin production quickly, so order changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
After that, your mug will already be in production and can’t be altered.
If you need to update your order right away, please email support@iinspirelife.com as soon as possible.
3. What if my mug arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want every order to be perfect.
If your mug arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, please contact support@iinspirelife.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all products are custom-printed, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “change of mind” or ordering the wrong size.
However, we’ll always replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly.
5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error right after placing your order, please email support@iinspirelife.com immediately.
Once production begins, we can’t guarantee address changes.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
6. Where do you ship from?
Our mugs are produced and shipped from fulfillment partners located close to your delivery region.
This allows for faster delivery times and reduced environmental impact.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can also visit our Track My Order page and enter your email and order number for real-time updates.

9. Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Some orders may be subject to customs or import fees when packages cross international borders. However, because our printing partners produce orders locally whenever possible, customers in Canada and the USA typically do not experience customs charges.
Any duties that may apply are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
10. Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! Our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic and are dishwasher and microwave safe. For the longest-lasting design, we recommend gentle handwashing and avoiding abrasive sponges.
11. Can I order a custom mug with my own affirmation or logo?
We love creative ideas!
Custom designs are available for bulk or special orders.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment options including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
