At I Inspire Life, every mug is created with intention and printed especially for you once your order is placed.
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or deciding you no longer want the product.
However, your happiness matters to us deeply, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue, please email support@iinspirelife.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or processed.


2. Order Changes or Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after your order is submitted, we can only modify or cancel orders within the first 2 hours after purchase.
After this window, your item is already in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

If you need to request a change immediately after placing your order, please email us right away at support@iinspirelife.com and include “Order Change” in the subject line.


3. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, we can re-ship it once it arrives back in our system, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.
Orders shipped to a wrong or incomplete address cannot be refunded.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-printed and created individually, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or “change of mind”

  • Size or style errors selected by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

We encourage reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.


5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or issue is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you haven’t received a refund after that time, please check with your bank before contacting us again.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges since each product is made to order.
If an item arrives damaged, the best solution is a replacement or refund as described above.


7. Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@iinspirelife.com with your order number so we can investigate.
Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays beyond our control, but we’ll do everything possible to ensure your package arrives safely.
