All mugs and products are printed on demand through Gelato, our trusted production partner.
Each item is produced individually when you place your order.

Because of this:
• Small variations in color, design placement, or tone may occur.
• We do not carry inventory or stock items in advance.
• Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.

I Inspire Life operates as a print-on-demand brand, meaning every product is made to order. This mindful, low-waste process allows us to create intentional items while reducing overproduction.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
We accept secure payments via Shopify’s system (Shop Pay, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary based on destination.
Most Canadian and U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.
International shipping may take longer.
Tracking information will be provided once available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Because our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@iinspirelife.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, logos, and artwork — is the property of I Inspire Life and protected by copyright law.
