Terms of Service

By using I Inspire Life and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. We have written them to be clear and fair. Please read them.


1. Use of Our Website

What you can do

You have a limited license to browse and buy from our site for personal use. That is it.

What you cannot do

  • Copy or reproduce our designs without permission.
  • Use bots or scrapers to collect data.
  • Try to hack or access our systems.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Harass us or anyone else.
  • Resell our products without authorization.

If you break these rules, we can shut down your access immediately.


2. Our Products and How We Describe Them

We photograph every mug with its actual printed design on real ceramic. Some of our lifestyle and inspiration images may feature softly enhanced backgrounds to create a calm, beautiful setting that reflects the feeling behind each piece. The mug itself, however, is always shown as it truly is. What you see in our product photos is what you can expect to receive.

We take care to describe our products clearly and accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Subtle variations in ceramic texture and finish are natural, as each mug is produced individually and may not be perfectly identical. If your item does not match our product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.


3. Digital Products and Email Delivery

Some orders include a free digital companion guide that pairs with your mug. Digital guides are delivered by email shortly after checkout, separately from your physical mug shipment.

Physical mugs follow a 2 to 5 business day production window and a 7 to 14 business day shipping window. Digital guides do not follow these timelines and arrive almost immediately by email after checkout.

Please double-check the email address you enter at checkout. If you do not receive your digital guide within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@iinspirelife.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Because digital guides are delivered immediately, they are not eligible for return or refund once delivered. Digital content remains our intellectual property. You may use it personally. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it.


4. Payment Processing

We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Payment is required in full at checkout before your order is processed.


5. Shipping

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, USPS, and other reliable carriers depending on your location. Tracking information is provided with every order once your package has been dispatched.

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please reach out and we will do our best to assist you.


6. What We Are Not Responsible For

Limitations

I Inspire Life is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a smooth and reliable experience, we do not guarantee:

  • The website will always be available or uninterrupted.
  • The site will be free from errors, viruses, or harmful components.
  • The experience will meet every individual expectation.

Personal outcomes

Our mugs and digital guides are designed to support intentional thinking and daily routines. They are reminders and physical cues, not products that change anything on their own. We do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, financial, or life outcomes from using them. Results from any practice depend on the person doing it.

Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Inspire Life is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Issues arising from third-party services or links.
  • Delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
  • Improper use or care of products after delivery.
  • Individual sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

Your responsibility

By using our website and products, you acknowledge that you do so at your own discretion. We are committed to quality and care, but some factors remain outside our control. You are responsible for entering a correct email address and shipping address at checkout.


7. Third Parties

Payment processing

Payments are securely handled by trusted providers such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Your transactions are subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

Shipping

Orders are delivered through independent carriers such as Canada Post and USPS. While we carefully prepare and ship your order, delivery is managed by the carrier. If any issues arise, we will support you in resolving them.

Analytics

We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand site usage and improve your experience. This data is collected in a non-personally identifiable way.

Communication tools

We use secure platforms to manage customer support and order communication.

All third-party providers are expected to handle your information responsibly and securely.


8. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes go through Ontario courts.


9. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms anytime. Changes post here with a new date. If you keep using the site, you are agreeing to the new terms.


10. If One Part Is Invalid

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.


11. Everything Together

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns and Refunds policy, and our Shipping Policy make up the whole agreement between us about using our site and buying products.


12. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or errors in product or pricing information.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
