Made to order, with care

Each I Inspire Life mug is made to order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, wrong item selected, or any other reason unrelated to a real product issue.

If something genuinely went wrong with your order, we are here to make it right.

When We Accept Returns or Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only when one of the following is true:

  • The item is damaged — cracked, chipped, or broken in transit.
  • The item is defective — manufacturing issues such as glaze problems or surface flaws.
  • The item is incorrect — you received the wrong design, the wrong product, or a misprinted item.

If your order arrives with one of these issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost. If you would prefer a refund instead, we can issue one to your original payment method.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Wrong item selected at checkout.
  • Personal reasons unrelated to a product issue.

Because each mug is produced specifically for you, we encourage you to review every design carefully before ordering. If you have any questions before you check out, email us at support@iinspirelife.com and we will help you choose the right mug.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@iinspirelife.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • A short description of the issue.

Step 2 — We review your request.

We review every request within 1 to 2 business days and respond with next steps.

Step 3 — We send a replacement or process a refund.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items we send a replacement at no cost. If you prefer a refund, we issue it to your original payment method instead.

Do I Need to Return the Damaged Mug?

No. If your mug arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you do not need to ship it back. The photos you send are enough for us to process a replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  • Check your tracking number and wait the full estimated delivery time.
  • Check with household members and any safe delivery locations.
  • Email support@iinspirelife.com with your order number and tracking information.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We will still investigate with the carrier and help you find a solution where we can.

Digital Downloads Are Final Sale

Free digital guides and any other digital products are delivered by email shortly after checkout. Because they are delivered immediately, digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

If you have not received your digital guide within a few minutes of checkout, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email support@iinspirelife.com with your order number and we will resend it.
